Model 625 HDP Gold Crevice Dredge

With a single elongation stroke of the pump, these Model 625 hand powered suction separator dredges are capeable of creating enormous suction at the nozzle end due to their sealed no leaks construction. Pulling the handle can  more than double the mechanical force of the water compaired to siphoning thereby improving gold recovery from cracks and crevices. During the pump down phase that dischrges the slurry of sand, gravel, and GOLD that was on the way up the hose/pipe looses momentum and might begin to fall back, but a rapid succession of pump strokes will keep it moving virtually walking the larger heavier values up, up and away, much like a construction site pump that has solids transferring capeabilities.. 

 The crevice dredge equipped with 36" of 1" ( 39 Cu. in., 22 fluid oz. ) class 200 PVC pipe 1.187" I.D. can reach deep with power to spare. With a capacity in excess of 32 oz. per stroke, at -10 in/hg the suctioned gravel gushes up the 36 inches of pipe, in no time, the crevice is cleaned, your ready to pan.

   The multi-function discharge valve is designed to be detatchable from the hopper "T" and plugs directly into the 45 degree elbow adapter when it's time to start filling sandbags or buckets with dredge material. Discharge valve passes 1 1/2" rocks. For larger material, 1 1/4" plastic pipe (CL 200 PVC 1.530" ID) can be added by replacing the 1" X 1/2" reducer bushing with a optional 1 1/4" X 1 1/2" reducer bushing.

   It gets even better, attach the 1/2" ID X 12" long, Funny Pipe, and the M625 HDPCD works as a DRY VAC!     

     The Model 625 Crevice Dredge, is the compact version of the Model 625 Hand Dredge, it too is ported and will easily pass 1 1/2", but is equipped instead with a quickly detachable close profile catchment system.
