Any merchandise being returned should be "like new" and never used. Return shipping is buyers responsibility refunds are minus a 15% restocking fee. Don't place the pump into service unless your going to keep it as that will assign ownership to the user.. Attempting to return a used pump for a refund might be rejected depending on the condition the pump is returned in, such as obvious tampering, dirt and gold found inside during cleaning, and modifications.that alter the pumps. Also, if the condition the pump is in disqualify's the customers refund, than the customer will have to pay for additional shipping to get their dredge shipped back to their address or wait for proceeds from an "open box sale". .
