    Model 2125 '360 degree' Non Sand Fouling Bearing Cap Valve (PVC Plastic) for the discharge end of the M2125 Series Gold Hand Dredges.

      2" rocks? No problem, they'll pass right through. Thick flapper, tough too. Easily replaced flappers keep operating costs under control, The innovative hinge design allows the thick rubber flapper to have sensitive cracking pressure that eases the otherwise firm resistance when hand pumping water. The hinge line also prevents rocks from getting caught by the flappers otherwise high torsion.

    The M2125 Cap Valve fits on any  2" (2.375" O.D.) plastic sch 40 plumbing pipe, ABS or PVC. The outer bearing fits into any two and one half  inch (2 1/2") sch. 40 plastic pipe fitting. If ever necessary, the valve assembly is easily dissassembled for NSF gasket replacement. Since the valve easily separates, it's rewcommended that a stop like the 2" rubber friction bumber is used. 

      When worn, the plastic surface can be built back up using readily available PVC cement  and sanded to get just the right fit for the application.

The cap valve will fit on any 2" sch. 40 PVC or ABS plastic plumbing pipe. All Golden Sniffer Products valve's have replaceable flappers.
